Immediately delivered digital content
“High” and “Ultra” quality generations are digital content delivered immediately. Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the Czech Civil Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.
Policy
Once you press the pay/generate button and generation begins, the service is considered fully performed. No refunds are given on the grounds of personal preference, dissatisfaction, or the generic nature of the design.
If a payment succeeded but no image was produced due to a server error, write to info@buinsoft.com with your transaction details and we will issue a full refund or perform a manual re-generation.
